EA Pharma Group operates the following pharmacy locations:

  • Doncastergate Pharmacy, Health Village, Doncaster Gate, Rotherham S65 1DW

2. Our Services

EA Pharma Group provides a range of pharmacy and healthcare services, including but not limited to:

2.1 NHS Services

  • Prescription dispensing
  • NHS Pharmacy First consultations
  • Blood pressure checks
  • NHS flu vaccinations
  • New Medicine Service (NMS)
  • Medicine Use Reviews (MUR)
  • Emergency supply of medicines
  • Contraception services

2.2 Private Services

  • Private vaccinations (travel, shingles, etc.)
  • Weight management consultations
  • Ear wax removal
  • Private blood pressure monitoring (ABPM)
  • Blood testing
  • Private prescriptions

2.3 Online Services

  • Online appointment booking
  • Pharmacy nomination
  • Patient account management

3. Registration and Accounts

To use certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.

4. Booking Appointments

4.1 Making Bookings

When booking appointments through our website or by phone, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and contact information
  • Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
  • Bring any required documentation (prescriptions, ID, etc.)
  • Inform us of any relevant medical conditions or allergies

4.2 Cancellations

We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment:

  • Please give us as much notice as possible
  • You can cancel through your patient dashboard or by contacting us directly
  • Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings

4.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule if we cannot accommodate you without affecting other patients.

5. Pharmacy Services Terms

5.1 Prescriptions

  • We will only dispense valid prescriptions from authorised prescribers
  • Prescriptions must be collected within the timeframe advised
  • We reserve the right to verify prescriptions with the prescriber
  • Uncollected prescriptions may be returned after 28 days

5.2 Healthcare Advice

Information and advice provided by our pharmacists is for general guidance. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice from your GP or other healthcare provider. Always seek medical attention for serious or persistent symptoms.

5.3 Service Eligibility

Some services have eligibility criteria. Our pharmacists will assess your suitability for services and may decline to provide a service if it is not appropriate for you or if you do not meet the eligibility requirements.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 NHS Services

Many of our services are provided free under the NHS. NHS prescription charges apply unless you are exempt. Please check your exemption status before collecting prescriptions.

6.2 Private Services

  • Prices for private services are displayed on our website and in-store
  • Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, card payments, and contactless payments
  • Prices may change without prior notice

6.3 Refunds

Refunds for private services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Medicines cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed for safety and regulatory reasons.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

10. Professional Standards

All our pharmacies are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and operate in accordance with:

  • GPhC Standards for Registered Pharmacies
  • The Human Medicines Regulations 2013
  • NHS Terms of Service for pharmacy contractors
  • All applicable healthcare regulations and guidelines

11. Complaints

We are committed to providing excellent service. If you have a complaint:

  • Please speak to the pharmacist or pharmacy manager in the first instance
  • You can submit a formal complaint in writing to our head office
  • We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and provide a full response within 20 working days
  • If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the NHS complaints service or the GPhC

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through our website or by email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Severability
